この度、2017年4月1日をもって、ガーミンジャパン株式会社（横浜）とその子会社である株式会社いいよねっと（埼玉）は統合される運びとなりました。統合後の新会社は、ガーミンジャパン株式会社と称し、本社所在地は　　埼玉となることをお知らせ申し上げます。

営業、マーケティング活動は引き続き横浜を拠点とし、その他のバックオフィスのオペレーション（管理、物流、 販売、カスタマーサポート）は埼玉を拠点と致します。

引き続き、ガーミンジャパン株式会社のご支援、お引き立ての程、宜しくお願い申し上げます。

Garmin Japan, Ltd. and Iiyonet, Inc. to Merge

YOKOHAMA/April 5, 2017/ — Garmin announced today that Effective April 1, 2017, Garmin Japan Ltd (Yokohama) and it’s subsidiary Iiyonet Inc. (Saitama) will be combined in to one and will be known as Garmin Japan Ltd. Garmin Japan Ltd. will be based in Saitama.

All sales and marketing efforts will continue to be based in Yokohama, and the remainder of business functions (administrative, shipping, receiving, and customer support) will be based in Saitama.

Terms of the merger were not disclosed.

For over 25 years, Garmin has pioneered new GPS navigation and wireless devices and applications that are designed for people who live an active lifestyle. Garmin serves five primary business units, including automotive, aviation, fitness, marine, and outdoor recreation.
